Pamela Buckles is a Hastings, Nebraska native and has been married for the last six years. She has two boys aged five and eight. She is well-versed in special needs as one of her sons has Autism and ADHD. Also, Pam loves to garden and crochet in her spare time. Pam is a dog lover with her four dogs and family keeping her constantly on the go! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to Human Legal Rights, as she is also a guardian to one of her best friends with disabilities.
Pam acquired an ambassador certificate for Charting the Life Course. This is a program we utilize with all our individuals when helping folks determine what they would like to work on while in services. She has also received her LRA investigation certification. This allows her to be one of our investigators when we have situations that arise and need further information to determine best-practice solutions. Lastly, Pam has also received her MANDT trainer certificate, which allows her to teach other staff how to de-escalate a situation when folks may become emotional while in our services.
