Jen has been in the DD/ID field for over 14 years in a variety of roles with Goodwill of Greater Nebraska. She started out as a Case Manager in the Developmental Disabilities Day Services then moved to Employment Specialist with Employment and Career Services to support individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain integrated community employment. During the past two years Jen has moved into the role the leadership role as the Program Manager of Employment and Career Services. Jen has also served as Co-Chair of the NASP Annual Conference committee and for the past 2 years served on the NASP Supported Employment Sub-Committee. Jen is currently the Board Chair of the Cairo Community Foundation, Secretary and Treasurer of the Grand Island Kiwanis Club, graduate of Leadership Tomorrow and board member of the GRACE Foundation. She is also active with the Grand Island Special Olympics by serving as the coach for basketball and volleyball.
