Kim Pfanstiel has recently become involved in the Arc. She has worked as a residential manager supporting individuals with disabilities for over 6 years. Recently she transitioned to working with vocationally rehabilitation services and focuses on supporting students as they work on their plans for life after high school. Kim helps lead a scouts group for men with disabilities. She enjoys helping to provide opportunities for all individuals to reach their goals.
