Siera Miller was born and raised in Grand Island, she currently lives in Phillips with her fur baby sidekick- Cooper. Siera works at Willow Rising as the shelter advocate currently. In the past Siera worked at The Spectrum Center for Autism and multiple childcare centers. Siera loves advocating for those without a voice and the more vulnerable people. Her passion has always been helping people! In Siera’s free time you can catch her spending time with family and friends, shopping, and in the summer, at the lake, fishing, camping, and boating!
